Video 1: User Portal, Download and Installation

In the OptionsApp user portal, you'll find the latest version of the software and appropriate installation files (installer and ZIP). The ZIP file is particularly recommended if installation via the installer file fails (for example, on Windows Server 2025). Your existing data and settings are preserved during installation. It's important to always use the recommended TWS Stable Version. Through the user portal, you can also directly access Release Notes, support requests, and feature suggestions. If the installer doesn't work or you have questions about setup, the support team is available to help.
