OptionsApp works exclusively with Interactive Brokers (IB) and its white-label partners. The connection is made via the official TWS API, which is designed for stable order routing; actual execution depends on market, broker and connection.
Yes, OptionsApp can run on a Windows server for permanent availability. Tutorial videos include instructions for setting up a server.
There are four plans: Basic at €39 per month, Pro at €89, Pro+ at €139 and Ultimate at €269. On annual billing they cost €390, €890, €1,390 and €2,690. Every plan includes the full feature set; they differ in openings and sessions: leg openings per day for options (20, 80, 160, unlimited), openings per month for equities and ETFs (10, 40, 80, unlimited) and parallel sessions (2, 2, 3, 4). Positions already running do not count.
Yes, as well as strategies with arbitrarily long expirations. There is no fixed DTE limit.
Yes, via enabled Extended Hours orders.
No, OptionsApp does not perform backtesting. It is exclusively designed for configuring and automating options strategies in real-time. External tools or platforms must be used for backtesting.
The trial includes 14 days with full functionality. It can be used in live or paper trading and does not automatically renew.
In the user portal under "Change subscription" you can cancel or switch to a different plan. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
