Video 10: Special Considerations for Your First Trade

When you first start OptionsApp, a security message appears that requires a one-time confirmation from you so that external trades can be executed via TWS. For a smooth start, it's recommended to stay active initially and manually review trades. Direct trades can also be submitted pre-market as long as automatic execution is not enabled. It's important that you don't manually intervene in the app while it's actively processing trades. After the initial setup, the app continues running in the background and should be monitored regularly to ensure error-free execution.
